About the project
For the documentary Clima de UrgĂȘncia, by Instituto Verdeluz, a project with a serious and informative tone about the climate crisis in CearĂĄ, I was invited to contribute with animations that would help bring to life the speeches of the scientists interviewed. This documentary explores how climate change affects the region and local biodiversity, bringing to light topics such as the impact of thermoelectric plants and the preservation of water resources.
The solution
In these animations, we sought to make the speeches of scientists and climate experts more didactic so that the central objective of the documentary's denunciation would reach not only authorities, but also lay people. To this end, we brought in simple graphics and visual elements that were objective and complemented the interviewees' statements.
